"Final" Iteration


Hello from everyone on the Bounty Hunting team and thank you for taking a look at our game! This iteration, as the title states, is the "final" iteration of the game (Of course there are a few bugs that still need fixing ;) ). Everyone has been VERY hard at work to be able to bring you this iteration as this will show what this game could be for you. So, let's get on with everything that's been added, changed, and what bugs are currently present!


Additions:

- Added an inventory system (Can be accessed by pressing E)

- Added items (Can be picked up by pressing F)

- Added NPC's and notes at your home for you to read! (Can be interacted with by pressing F)

- Added a shop system (Talk to the shop keeper by pressing )

- Added a town

- Added a home for the player

- Added 2 bosses, one in the forest, and one in the desert

- Added status effects

- Added new skills

- Added an equipment system (Be careful, if you don't have a weapon you will be softlocked when entering battle!)

- Added a pause menu (Can be accessed by pressing Escape)

- Added a game over screen. You're no longer softlocked when you die!


Changes:

- Changed the stats of the slime to allow the player to win the battle if more than 2 were present

- Changed the stats of the Scorpebab to allow the player to have an easier time fighting them


Current known bugs:

- MAJOR BUG: If you have items in your inventory and exit the game, the next time it is opened you will NOT be able to open your inventory due to saving issues that were created when adding the inventory

- Saving equipment doesn't work, if you have items equipped when you exit the game, they will not appear the next time you play

- Duplication "glitch" with ground items


Obviously quite a bit has been added to the game now to make it really feel like it's supposed to be an RPG. We all thank you for taking a little look at what we have to offer to the world!
